Mike Strange

The Kilomaîtres LaSalle Athletic Club has been in operation for more than 20 years. Founded in 1999 by Mike Strange, teacher and educator, his volunteer work has been recognized by the Borough of LaSalle. Mike passed away in 2018.

He passed on to the club the core values that he still embodies today. The Kilomaîtres LaSalle helps young people develop their abilities as athletes and realize their full potential as human beings. Education is then a fundamental element that is encouraged: Kilomaîtres LaSalle athletes strive for excellence on and off the track.

Thanks to the support of the Borough of LaSalle, Kilomaîtres LaSalle can offer their members the facilities they need to develop their abilities and train year-round through weekly training sessions.
